Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and access issues are handled for digital products sold by The Creator Pool.

This policy applies to all digital products available on our store, including the UGC Creator Database, digital files, templates, guides, spreadsheets, ClickUp templates, and related digital assets.

Digital Product Policy

All products sold on our store are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or the download link has been sent to the customer.

No Refunds After Access or Download

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products after access has been granted or the file/link has been delivered.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that:

  • the product is a digital product;

  • delivery may begin immediately after purchase;

  • access to the product may be provided instantly;

  • once access has been provided, the product cannot be returned;

  • the product may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied, uploaded, or reproduced.

Refund Exceptions

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate purchase
    If the same product was accidentally purchased more than once, the customer should contact us within 7 days of purchase.

  2. Technical delivery issue
    If access to the product was not received due to a technical error, we will first attempt to resend the download link or provide alternative access. A refund may be considered only if we are unable to provide access.

  3. Incorrect product delivery
    If the wrong file or wrong product was delivered, we will provide the correct product as soon as possible.

Refund requests based on misunderstanding the product, change of mind, lack of usage, buyer’s remorse, or failure to read the product description are not eligible for a refund.

Product Access Issues

For issues accessing a digital product, contact us at:

Please include:

  • full name;

  • order number;

  • email address used at checkout;

  • a short description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 1–3 business days.

License and Usage

A purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or internal business use only.

Customers are not allowed to:

  • resell the database;

  • redistribute the database;

  • share the download link;

  • upload the product to another platform;

  • copy the database and sell it as their own;

  • give access to people outside their company or team;

  • remove license identifiers, watermarks, or tracking markers.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers should contact us first if there is an issue with an order so we can help resolve it.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to the digital product may be considered a violation of this policy, especially if the product was successfully delivered.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase applies to the order.
